About Kiambu
Kiambu County wraps around the northern edge of Nairobi. It is the second most populous county in Kenya, and its main towns for visitors are Ruiru, Thika, Kiambu town and Limuru.
Much of the county is farmland known for coffee, tea and dairy, while the parts closest to Nairobi, like Ruiru and Tatu City, have grown into busy places with their own offices, schools and shops. Staying here puts you close to Nairobi in quieter surroundings.
