About Eudoraz
Eudoraz LittleHomes is a small collection of furnished apartments in Kenya. Each one has a kitchen, a living room and a front door that is yours for as long as you stay. You arrive with a bag and carry on with normal life.
Why we started
Most short stays in Nairobi are hotel rooms. A bed, a kettle, and somewhere to eat that is not your own. That works for a night. It stops working when you are here for a week, a month, or a job that keeps you in the city.
We started Eudoraz to offer the other thing. Real apartments, furnished and ready, where you can cook a proper meal, do your washing, work at a table and have your own space. The kind of place you are happy to come back to at the end of a long day.
What we care about
Room to spread out, a kitchen you will use and a living room to sit in. Not one room with a bed in it.
Furnished, cleaned and made up before you arrive. You do not need to buy or arrange anything.
No reception, no corridor, nobody knocking in the morning. You come and go as you please.
If something is wrong, you call a real person who picks up and sorts it out.
Where we are
Our apartments are in Tatu City, just off Thika Road. Quiet, green and about twenty minutes from the things you need. It is close to the industrial park, the schools and the shops, and an easy drive into the city. We are opening in more areas over the coming months.
Who stays with us
Staff and contractors on assignment, including at Tatu City Industrial Park. We can invoice your company and handle longer bookings directly.
Somewhere settled to live while you find a permanent place. Most people stay one to three months and leave when they are ready.
Families and guests here for events or holidays. Space for everyone, a kitchen for breakfast, and nobody sharing one room.
