1.1 Eudoraz (“Eudoraz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website eudoraz.com and manages the furnished apartments listed on it. We are based in Nairobi, Kenya. You can contact us at stay@eudoraz.com or on +254 726 127 228.
2. Using the website
2.1 You may use the website to find out about our apartments, check availability, make and manage bookings and contact us.
2.2 You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law, including the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
- make a reservation you do not intend to pay for, or reserve dates in someone else’s name without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, our booking system or any other person’s booking;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
- use the website to send spam or unsolicited messages.
2.3 We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or cancel reservations, where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
3. Information on the website
3.1 We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information. Photos show what the apartments are like and details may vary. Distances, travel times and information about areas, places and third-party businesses are approximate and may change.
3.2 Prices and availability shown on the website may change until a booking is confirmed under our Booking Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Information about places to visit and things to do is for guidance only. We do not own or control those places and are not responsible for them.
4. Availability of the website
4.1 We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may suspend or change the website for maintenance or other reasons without notice.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Eudoraz name, are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 2001 and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal use, such as keeping a record of your booking. You must not copy, publish, modify or use any content from the website for any other purpose without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
6.1 The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Messages you send us
7.1 When you send us a message through the website, by email or by WhatsApp, you must not include anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes anyone’s rights. We use messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, or from your reliance on information on it, other than loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.
